Realty Concepts and the Clovis Chamber of Commerce are hosting a ribbon cutting for the real estate firm’s new office building in Old Town Clovis.

The Shamshoian family built the 12,000 square foot, three-story building at 565 Pollasky Ave. near Centennial Plaza. Founded in 1991 by John Shamshoian, Realty Concept is now helmed by his son JP, the firm’s president.

Other tenants lined up to take space in the building include Placer Title Company and popular Clovis eatery House of JuJu.

The ribbon cutting will be held Tuesday at 10:30 a.m.
