Two landmark Downtown Fresno businesses have teamed together to debut an original beer for this year’s FresYes Tribute Beer.

Haron Jaguar Land Rover and Tioga-Sequoia Brewing Co. will introduce their #FresnoProud Blood Orange IPA beer at FresYes Fest on March 23.

The #FresnoProud Blood Orange IPA will be the fourth in the series of FresYes Fest Tribute Beers, joining previous honorees including former Fresno mayor Ashley Swearengin, the Fresno Grizzlies and boxing champion Jose Ramirez.

The FresYes Tribute Beer is limited and always sells out, but this year, some of the beers will be put in cans designed to represent the growth and vibrancy of Downtown Fresno.

“It was a no-brainer to honor a company and a family that’s meant so much to our downtown,” said Michael Cruz, president of Tioga-Sequoia. “We’re Fresno Proud too and we invite everyone else who is to join us this year at FresYes Fest.”

Haron Jaguar Land Rover recently updated their showroom facilities with a modern luxury feel, and chose to stay downtown rather than moving to North Fresno where many auto luxury dealers are located.

“We are excited for everyone to taste the Haron #FresnoProud Blood Orange IPA,” said Randy Haron, owner and general Manager of Haron Jaguar Land Rover “and see the great design of the can signifying downtown and incorporating our love for Fresno!”

A portion of the proceeds from the FresYes Tribute Beer will support a local charity of the recipients choosing, and this year, The Haron family chose The Kirkland Foundation, a non-profit that supports animal welfare causes in the Central Valley.
