The Fresno Madera Continuum of Care is hosting a landlord engagement event Feb. 26 in Fresno to encourage property owners to help end veteran and chronic homelessness in the region.

The event, being held in collaboration with homeless advocacy initiatives 25 Cities and Zero: 2016, will be held from 9-11 a.m. at the Parc Grove Commons apartment complex at 2674 E. Clinton Ave.

Fresno Mayor Ashley Swearengin is scheduled to welcome attendees to the event, which is aimed at landlords and members of the real estate community to learn about the benefits available to landlords who rent to veterans, families and individuals experiencing homeless.

To RSVP, call 559-241-8753 ext. 21231 or email Esther.taylor@westcare.com
