The latest addition to Granville Homes’ line of apartments is celebrating its grand opening Saturday with a ribbon cutting and drawing.
Located at 8072 N. Millbrook Ave. in Northeast Fresno, Brookside Villas is a rental community offering one and two bedroom homes. Situated within the Clovis Unified School District, the complex is also close to the Villaggio and River Park shopping centers and Highway 41.
There are 162 units at Brookside Villas, and according to a press release by Granville Homes, they utilize an all-electric kitchen, keyless entry and automated home security systems. A one-car garage is also included with each unit.
The opening for the complex will be held on March 30 at 11:30 a.m., and will include a drawing for Grizzly Fest tickets and a 50-inch Samsung TV.
