The Mogharebi Group, a multifamily brokerage firm in California, has completed a major sale in Visalia.

The sale was for Cameron Crossing, a 96-unit community located on Cameron Avenue. In the end, the property went for $16,320,000, or $170,000 per unit. At 20 units per acre, the community is built on 4.8 acres of land.

“This sale of Cameron Crossing represents a record for apartment communities in Visalia,” said Otto Ozen, executive vice president of The Mogharebi Group. “We aggressively marketed the Cameron Crossing to our list of high net worth private as well as exchange buyers. This strategy generated interest from buyers across California and resulted in multiple offers.”

The buyer was a private family in Visalia.
