Before, we were H&S Services, which stands for Howard and Sterling. There were two partners and they got together and built Rally’s in Fresno in 1998, and they used to own Jack’s Car Wash and Rally’s together. Then in 2008 and they went their separate ways and I took Rally’s and the other took Jack’s.”

Tell us about Radiant Ride.
Radiant Ride is a vehicle appearance maintenance program for new car buyers. What makes our program unique is our all-inclusive coverage. We cover the costs for most cosmetic repairs as well as surface protection damage. Today’s consumers keep their cars longer, so maintaining a vehicle’s appearance is more important than it was in the past.

What are your roots in the Central Valley?
I’m proud to say I was born and raised in Hanford and earned my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis on International Business from California State University, Fresno. As a Valley resident, I am very familiar with the many agricultural assets located within the Central Valley and as such, I’m constantly working with our CITD team to involve and engage the rural areas within the Valley in new and exciting exporting opportunities.

How did you come to your position at the Holiday Inn Airport?
I’ve been very fortunate to have had some great opportunities in hospitality and when I moved back to the Valley, I made a point to expand my knowledge with opportunities that would prepare me for a job like this. When I started here over 3 years ago, the hotel was going through major changes and challenges. There were really great people here and I could see all the potential they had. That’s what really attracted me to this job, the challenge of it.
