Fresno's Economic Development Corporation will discuss the benefits of high-speed rail at its October event. When will a bullet train finally make it to Fresno?

	On schedule by 2020, when the first phase from San Francisco to Anaheim is due.
	Delays are inevitable with construction problems, cost overruns, etc., so say by 2025 or so.
	Let's see, it's 2010 now, and they say it will be here in 10 years. Take that and double it, to 2030.
	Never, if a double-dip recession kicks in and truly decimates California's finances and the country's.
	Not in my lifetime, unfortunately, but I hope the kids enjoy the zippy ride.
