The Fresno dealership earned the right to call itself a “BMW Certified Collision Repair Center” earlier this month when each of its technicians completed more than 100 hours of specialized BMW training. “We’re ecstatic to be able to say that we offer BMW owners in Fresno the most advanced and comprehensive collision repair available for their vehicles,” says Ron Floriani, service manager of Weber BMW, “Certification from BMW sends the message loud and clear that we don’t simply repair vehicles damaged in collisions, we repair them to BMW factory specifications.” To retain its certification, Weber BMW will be reviewed annually in a number of key areas that include tools and equipment, training, personnel, facilities and operational excellence. Weber BMW is among just ten repair centers in California that have become certified through the program, which was established in 1997 to help collision repair facilities provide premium service and restore damaged vehicles to factory repair specifications. |
