Trademarks topic of biz talk

To help understand the confusing nature of intellectual property, a representative from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office will speak on Thursday on the campus of Fresno State.

 The Central Valley Business Incubator-Small Business Development Center, the City of Fresno and the Lyles Center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship will welcome key speaker Azam Khan, the deputy chief of staff at the US Patent and Trademark Office.

The event will be held in the Pete P. Peters Education Auditorium from 11 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.

The incubator encourages all researchers, entrepreneurs, community leaders, industry leaders, business executives and economic development professionals to attend.
