Two Valley Wet Seal stores on chopping block

Two Central Valley Wet Seal locations have closed as part of a store restructuring.It appears that at least two Central Valley Wet Seal locations were on a list of slated closures by the Orange County-based retailer, which announced the immediate shuttering of 338 stores across the US today.
