An extensive remodeling project replaced the tile, tables and chairs, amongst other things, transforming nearly the complete appearance of the restaurant, located near the intersection of San Joaquin and Fulton streets.

“We spent a lot of time and money to remodel this place to make it look nice,” Gaun said.

The menu will feature seafood, home-made specialty desserts and sushi, which Gaun says is particularly popular with the business crowd.

It will also have both a buffet and meal items.

The lunch rates are around $7.50 and dinnertime rates are about $9. People 60 years and older get a 10 percent discount, 4-10 year-olds eat for half price and 2-3 year-olds are $3.

The restaurant is open 10:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday.
