The San Francisco-based bank first launched the Home Preservation Workshops in 2009 to help Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Wells Fargo Financial, Wachovia Mortgage and Wells Fargo Home Equity customers facing financial hardships.
Since then, Wells Fargo has held 49 such workshops and has met with more than 29,000 customers in need.

Parking will be free at the Radisson garage on L Street or at the Selland Arena Flat Lot on O Street for those who attend the workshop.
Wells Fargo home retention team members will be on hand to answer questions about how to overcome payment challenges, connect with housing counselors or access online tools or any number of related topics.
Walk-ins are welcome although participants are urged to make an appointment for one-on-one consultations by signing up at www.wfhmevents.com/leadingthewayhome.
More information can be found by calling 1-800-405-8067.

Upcoming workshops are also being held in Stockton from Jan. 18-19 and in San Diego on Jan. 25.
