Fresnan Jack Wiegand, 20, was sponsored by local businesses to be the youngest person to complete a solo around the world plane trip.A 20-year-old pilot from the Central Valley will attempt to set a world record next month when he takes off from Fresno in an effort to become the youngest person to fly solo around the globe in early May.
