Fresno film calling for extras

Blare Media's Brick Madness follows the story of an architect mentoring kids for a competition building with Brix (LEGOs) Blare Media's Brick Madness follows the story of an architect mentoring kids for a competition building with Brix (LEGOs) Fresno film production company Blare Media is calling on extras to take part in its new feature that takes a comedic look at Lego-building competitions.

Filming began earlier this year on Brick Madness, a 90-minute focumentary that follows the story of architect Seth Paxton as he mentors a group of kids to take on the arrogant champion of the national Brix (LEGO) building competition.

Blare Media will be shooting the final scenes for the film in Clovis on Aug. 21, Aug. 23 and Aug. 23 and is in need of extras to be in the crowd of the film's National Brix tournament.

Those interested should show up at the Paul Shaghoian Concert Hall on the campus of Clovis North High School at 2770 E. International Ave.

Extras should show up any time between 3:30 and 9:30 p.m. and wear normal, every-day clothing with no logos or solid white and bring two extra shirts as well.

More than $750 worth of gift certificates and other prizes will be raffled off while free drinks and food will also be served.
