A new restaurant is coming to a fast-growing Northeast Fresno shopping center, courtesy of some familiar faces.

Permanent signage has been up for at least a couple of weeks for Heirloom Restaurant in the Park Crossing Shopping Center. It will open near anchor tenants Trader Joe’s and Sportsman’s Warehouse.

Details about the restaurant have not been revealed yet, but an Instagram post by Zinkin Development, which owns the shopping center, teased the upcoming opening of Heirloom.

Heirloom is the latest venture from the team of Brandon Smittcamp and Rema and Kevin Koligian.

Smittcamp and the Koligians also own and operate Butterfish restaurant, which serves poke bowls a-la-carte. Butterfish has three locations in Fresno and Clovis, with one that recently opened at Palm and Herdon avenues.

A Butterfish location will also be a neighbor to Heirloom Restaurant in the Park Crossing Shopping Center.

As of Thursday, renovations to the space were ongoing and windows had yet to be installed.

As for the style of food that will be served at Heirloom, the owners have been tight-lipped.
