![]() Career Matching Services, Inc. of Fresno has partnered with the American Academy of Pediatrics. The online recruitment service, known as CMATool, helps organizations find the best personnel possible by using an online application. The fledgling company has been garnering clients from across the U.S. since its inception. “I tried the questionnaire for CMATool and I saw how it could be beneficial to providers/facilities and job seekers,” said Mary Lynn Bower, an online content project manager for the American Academy of Pediatrics. “It allows us a better understanding of how to help retain physicians and save us money.” Users of the questionnaire have 25 minutes to complete the form, and are then matched based on qualities that best suit businesses looking for recruits. Jim Lanas, the founder and CEO of CMATool said the partnership is a move in the right direction for the AAP. “(The AAP is) taking proactive steps to help in the retention of physicians,” Lanas said. Job seekers can easily find the recruitment form by visiting the AAP’s application site at www.pedjobs.org. |
